One of the main business lines of BEOS in addition to the asset management of Unternehmensimmobilien is property development. We are one of the few mid-market companies in Germany capable of covering all stages of the value-add cycle – and of doing so nationwide. We don’t just tear down existing buildings in order to raise new ones. Rather, we put a premium on swiftly and cost-efficiently realising urban quarters of high-spec amenities that provide optimal working and manufacturing conditions for resident companies. Our approach pursues the re-development of existing buildings in sync with the development of new premises.

The interdisciplinary development team of BEOS relies on experiences from all segments of the commercial property market: from construction of new schemes, to the development of special-purpose property, and all the way to the revitalisation and conversion of brownfield property. Our services include handling acquisition and due diligence, conducting feasibility studies and obtaining planning permits, structuring equity and debt capital, letting and project management, as well as selling.
