BEOS Corporate Real Estate Fund Germany III

Response to rising investor interest

Launched in September 2015, BEOS Corporate Real Estate Fund Germany III (CREFG III) follows the same successful formula of its predecessors – both in terms of investor base and investment strategy. With equity commitments totalling EUR 627.5 million from German institutional investors and a target fund volume of EUR 1.1 billion at launch, the actual fund volume totals EUR 1.2 billion following a capital increase in the summer of 2018. The fund has been fully invested since the end of 2018.

The volume of CREFG III allows transactions in the order of EUR 100 million, thus making BEOS not only an established partner for large SMEs, but also enabling the company to open up new market segments for corporate real estate. The distribution yield is 6.50 percent after costs and fees.
