BEOS Corporate Real Estate Fund Germany III

Response to rising investor interest

The BEOS Corporate Real Estate Fund Germany III follows the same recipe for success as its two predecessors, in terms of investors as well as investment strategy. German institutional investors have pledged equity capital of €627.5 million, so the potential fund volume exceeds one billion euros.

The larger volume will allow for transactions of €100 million with medium-sized businesses, thereby opening up new market segments for mixed-use industrial real estate. The target is a dividend yield of 6.50 percent. This target was also achieved in the first financial year. The first purchase for the new fund was made in September 2015. In the meantime, about half of the funds available are invested.
